Shipping
Shipping and Handling costs will be determined at the time of shipping. Please include a phone number or e-mail address for order confirmation and estimated shipping date. Orders are shipped in approximately 4-6 weeks. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us and the carrier of any damage incurred in shipping.

Tile Irregularity Disclaimer
Slight variations in shape and color of the tiles will result from inclusions in the clay, placement in the kiln, or individuality of the artist's hand. These variations are the hallmark of handmade tile. Such irregularities do not affect the structural integrity of a tile; in fact, variations in shape and color are an intrinsic and desirable result of our process.

Warranty
We guarantee our tiles against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We do not guarantee tiles against chipping, etching, discoloring, wearing, or scratching, and we can't be responsible for materials or methods used by any installer other than Santa Theresa Tile Works, Inc.

Cancellation / Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied in any way with our Kits, ready-made accent pieces or loose stock mosaic-style art tile, please return (postage paid, no COD or collect shipment return will be accepted) within 30 days. Shipments received in good condition will be immediately credited or reimbursed.
Custom orders require a 50% deposit and no returns are accepted.
